1. Return Policy: We want you stoked with your Brooksy gear. Got an issue? You got 30 days from drop day to sort it. Just keep it fresh – we need it back like you got it.

2. Shipping Policy: Free US shipping for orders over 70 bones, but only for the lower 48 states. Under 70? Shipping costs pop up at checkout. Be patient – it takes about 2-4 weeks to roll out.

3. Privacy Policy: Your details are safe with us. We use them to make sure you get what you want and nothing else. We don’t share unless we gotta for shipping your gear.

4. Intellectual Property: All the cool stuff on our site – the text, graphics, logos – it’s ours. Don’t mess with it, cool?

5. User Conduct: Keep it chill while cruising our site. Don’t break laws or mess with others' vibes.

6. Modifications: We might switch things up. Check back sometimes to see what’s new.
